I’m Nolan O’Brien — founder of The Growth Standard and someone committed to helping people become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves, inside and out.

My background blends bodybuilding, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition principles with a practical, supportive approach. I’m not here to just hand you a plan, I’m here to walk with you through the process, give you structure, and hold you accountable in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

I believe in growth, consistency, integrity, and showing up fully for the goals you set. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, getting back on track, or pushing toward stage ambitions, my job is to help you perform, look, and feel like the person you know you can be.
